This is not a ten-year plan. AGG's vision extends to 2147 — a hundred years from now, when the children of today's children will inherit whatever we build or fail to build. The institutions we seed today, the communities we strengthen, the forests we plant — it all compounds. We are not a protest. We are building a civilization.

The Land
Odisha loses arable land every year to encroachment, monoculture and neglect. AGG works with farmers on sustainable agriculture, horticulture and forestry — restoring the land's productivity and the farmer's dignity. When the soil is healthy, the family is healthy.
The Water
Odisha's rivers and coastal wetlands — including Chilika, Asia's largest coastal lagoon — face industrial pollution, overfishing and climate stress. AGG documents water quality, advocates for river rights and builds community watchdogs along Odisha's most threatened waterways.
The Air
Air quality in Odisha's industrial corridors — around Jharsuguda, Angul, Talcher — is among the worst in India. Communities breathe it every day. AGG conducts community-level research to document the health impact and demand accountability from industries that profit while people suffer.

India's average farmer is over 50 years old. In Odisha, young people are being pulled away from agriculture by poor wages, poor infrastructure and a culture that treats farming as failure.
AGG reframes farming as the most radical act of resistance — to feed your community from your own land is to be free. We train, support and organize Odisha's young farmers with tools, markets and each other.

Anti-Corruption
Corruption is not abstract. It kills.
It is the subsidy that never reached the farmer. It is the scholarship swallowed by a middleman. It is the water test result that was changed. It is the hospital bed that was never built because the funds disappeared.
AGG organizes communities to name it, document it and fight it — through RTI filings, public campaigns and legal support. Because Health is Wealth — and corruption poisons both.
