What We Do
At AGG we believe no single fight is enough. You cannot feed people while their water is poisoned. You cannot fight corruption while the youth have no alternative to offer. So we do all of it.
Advocacy for the Voiceless
Odisha's marginalized — tribals, small farmers, daily-wage workers — have long been excluded from the decisions that shape their lives. AGG amplifies their voice at every table.
Youth in Agriculture
When young people abandon the land, the land dies. AGG brings Odisha's youth back to agriculture, horticulture and forestry — not as a fallback, but as a calling.
Land, Water & Air Research
Odisha's rivers are silting. Its forests are shrinking. AGG conducts ground-level environmental research to document the truth and demand accountability.
Fighting Corruption
Corruption robs the farmer of his subsidy, the student of her seat, the sick of their medicine. AGG organizes communities to identify, expose and resist it at every level.

The same land that gave the world Odissi dance, the Konark Sun Temple and the miracle of Rath Yatra is also the land where farmers still wait for fair prices, where forests are shrinking, and where the young must often choose between leaving and giving up.
Lord Jagannath's teaching is radical — the chariot is pulled by all, the Mahaprasad is shared by all, regardless of caste or class. That is our politics. That is our ethic.
